During FIRST Tech Challenge professional development, you'll learn how to engage students in grades 7-12 in the engineering design process and career-ready practices through team-driven robot building and programming. This is a hybrid Professional Development training.

About the event
This hybrid FIRST® Tech Challenge professional development course allows for FIRST Wisconsin Google.org Middle School FIRST Tech Challenge teams to pick-up their kit and equipment on Saturday, September 13th in-person at specially designated sites.
Please RSVP for this event if you will be picking up your kits of equipment at the Wanek Center of Innovation at Western Technical College on September 13th.
Dates & Times:
The in-person training for Workshop Session 1, with a remote instructor, will take place from 9:00am - 12:45pm on Saturday, September 13th.
The in-person training for Workshop Session 2, with a remote instructor, will take place from 1:30pm - 5:45pm on Saturday September 13th.
The remote training for Workshop Session 3, as part of a virtual class, will take place from 6:00pm - 8:00pm on Wednesday, September 17th.

The FIRST® Tech Challenge professional development course is designed for new and experienced teachers, facilitators, coaches, and mentors to enhance their overall program knowledge, giving participants a strong understanding of how to implement all aspects of the program and how to achieve STEM learning objectives.
