Hybrid FIRST® Tech Challenge Kickoff & Professional Development Training
Join us for a special hybrid event that combines the excitement of the FIRST® Tech Challenge (FTC) Kickoff with hands-on professional development training for educators, coaches, and mentors.
The FTC season launches worldwide in early September with the reveal of the new game! At this event, teams will:
Watch the game reveal and see the field setup in person.
Receive digital copies of the Competition Manual, Game & Season Materials, and rulebook.
Begin designing robots during the first two sessions of Professional Development training.

The FIRST® Tech Challenge professional development course is designed for new and experienced teachers, facilitators, coaches, and mentors to enhance their overall program knowledge, giving participants a strong understanding of how to implement all aspects of the program and how to achieve STEM learning objectives.
