FTC Dashboard is OPEN!

Hello coaches and admins. The FIRST Dashboard is now open for "Intent to Return" and FTC registration. If you have not used the dashboard this year, you will notice some interface changes. Please access the portal and set up your team’s Financial Guarantor, the person or organization responsible for paying your team’s registration fees. You will need to set up a Financial Guarantor if your team plans to pay by purchase order (PO), claim tax exemption, or have a sponsoring organization purchase on behalf of multiple teams. To assign a Financial Guarantor, search the FIRST system using their EIN or name. If no result appears, you will need to enter the information manually.
Once you have your Financial Guarantor questions answered, you can head to the Storefront by clicking on the button in the upper right-hand side of your dashboard.
Selecting the Shop tab will get you to the items FIRST currently has on their site for Purchase. For today, we will focus on SEASON REGISTRATION.
Add the Season Registration to your cart and proceed to checkout. If you have more than one team, you will need to do this step on the dashboard for each team. You can then proceed to checkout to complete the transaction.
If you have your team's Financial Guarantor set up correctly, it will let you select "invoice this," and it will issue a purchase order to FIRST to cover this. If you have a Purchase Credit Card issued from your Financial Guarantor or your team pays for items themselves or via reimbursement to coaches or mentors, you can pay by Credit/Debit Card or ACH. If you have any funds granted to you through FIRST, you will select Available Funds/Split Payments.
