Description
The Competition Committee ensures a consistent, high-quality event experience for Wisconsin’s FIRST Robotics Competition and FIRST Tech Challenge programs by defining event standards, managing the event bid and venue selection process, and supporting event logistics.
Split into FIRST Robotics Competition and FIRST Tech Challenge working groups, with a dedicated Site Selection Sub-Committee for FIRST Robotics Competition, the committee collaborates with local Event Planning Committees, oversees logistics and asset management, documents systems and processes, and drives continuous improvement efforts to streamline operations and enhance event quality statewide.
