Emma Schuff

Emma Schuff has been a FIRST® Senior Mentor for Wisconsin since 2018. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from UW–Eau Claire and works as a Certified Child Life Specialist at Children’s Wisconsin.

Emma’s FIRST journey began when her dad mentored Team 93 while she was still an infant. She participated in FIRST LEGO® League from 2009-2012 and joined Team 93 in 2013. As a Senior Mentor, Emma supports teams across all programs and is passionate about expanding FIRST in northern and rural Wisconsin to ensure every student has access.

Jane

Blau

Jane Blau has been a FIRST® Senior Mentor for Wisconsin since June of 2016. She is a nurse, full time office manager, proud mother of three sons & 4 grandchildren! She has been involved with FIRST® since 1998 when her sons were students on a  FIRST® LEGO® League team and then progressed to a  FIRST® Robotics Competition team. As a Senior Mentor, she supports teams across all programs by connecting them with resources, funding, training, and information—ensuring students and mentors have the tools they need to succeed.

Craig Peterman

With a bachelor's in business administration from Washington University in St. Louis and a master's in Investment Management from UW-Madison, Craig is Badger Bots' in-house financial expert. He serves as Managing Director of Prism Wealth Management, a registered investment advisory firm focused on financial planning and investment management for individuals and households.

At BadgerBots, Craig is board treasurer and also works to coordinate and deliver the Wisconsin FIRST LEGO League program throughout the state. In addition, he has been a coach/mentor for FLL and FTC teams for the last 7 years.

Steve

Steve began his career with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Michigan State University and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Today, he serves as the Director of Global Software Platforms for Gilson, a multinational biotechnology equipment manufacturer. As Board President of Badger Bots, Steve leads the organization and carves out a strategy for the future of Badger Bots. He's also the proud parent of two FTC team members—and dedicated mentor for both of their teams.
