Hosting An Off-Season Competition

FIRST Wisconsin provides off-season services to to Host Organizations that wish to use FIRST Wisconsin resources to conduct FRC events from June through October.

Host Organizations, in partnership with FIRST Wisconsin, will need to follow the process established by FIRST headquarters to conduct their off-season event.

How to Request Equipment for an Off-Season Event

Step 1.

Review the season FAQ page on the FIRST Inspires website to understand the steps that need to be taken to host an event. ​​

Step 2.

Off-Season Event Host Organizations must submit an Off-Season Event Notice via the Off-Season Event Notice form to FIRST Headquarters.​​

Step 3.

While that process is taking place, host organizations can work with FIRST Wisconsin on preliminary logistics and reserve a date for FIRST Wisconsin equipment usage by completing our form.
