Now Accepting Applications! Youth Advisory Council (YAC)

We are currently accepting applications for the 2026-2027 Youth Advisory Council (YAC). The YAC involves a select group of high school students working directly with the FIRST Wisconsin Board of Directors and staff. These student leaders ensure that the student perspective is integrated into the long-term mission, objectives, and goals of FIRST Wisconsin programs. They collaborate on initiatives to enhance the overall FIRST experience for all students in the state. Due to its strategic and intensive nature, the YAC is limited in size to maintain effective collaboration and decision-making. Students on the YAC support the following initiatives/committees: Advocacy, Education, FIRST for Everyone, Growth and Sustainability, and Strategic Planning.
