Youth Advisory Council

The FIRST Wisconsin Youth Advisory Council (YAC) involves a select group of high school students working directly with the FIRST Wisconsin Board of Directors and staff. These student leaders ensure that the student perspective is integrated into the long-term mission, objectives, and goals of FIRST Wisconsin programs. They collaborate on initiatives to enhance the overall FIRST experience for all students in the state. Due to its strategic and intensive nature, the YAC is limited in size to maintain effective collaboration and decision-making.
This is an exciting opportunity for students to further their involvement in FIRST Robotics, while aiding in the growth, sustainability and success of FIRST Wisconsin. Students attend monthly meetings, and get the opportunity to be a part of one of the student board committees:
