4 Wisconsin Teams Heading to IRI!

Four Wisconsin teams will compete at the 2026 Indiana Robotics Invitational, held July 16–18 at Lawrence Central High School. They are Team 930, the Mukwonago BEARs from Mukwonago; Team 1306, BadgerBOTS from Middleton; Team 1732, Hilltopper Robotics from Milwaukee; and Team 1792, Round Table Robotics from Oak Creek. More than 60 teams from around the world will take part in this family-friendly event, which is open to the public. Teams are invited after submitting an application and being evaluated on factors such as past IRI performance and impact, current season results at FIRST Regionals and the FIRST Championship, and other qualities that help strengthen the event.

One exciting feature of IRI is its event-only rule changes, including a preload rule designed to encourage coordination and a video review rule that could significantly affect gameplay.
